FREE Career Workshop

Land That Job

Are you stressed and confused with the job search? Called for interviews but couldn’t connect with a job? Feeling like you want to give up? Wish you could have a more competitive edge? The East Brunswick Chabad is sponsoring a Free seminar called "Land That Job" on Sunday, February 19, 2012 (snowdate February 26th), from 2:00-3:30pm.

“This workshop is ideal for anyone who is in the process of a job search in their life, whether it’s a career change or a recent college graduate,” Says Robin Schafer, Certified Life and Career Coach and Emotional Intelligence trainer, who will be among the two speakers at the seminar. Robin believes that to be successful, you need to set S.M.A.R.T goals first, before you look for a job, and will break down how to achieve this. Robin will teach you how to visualize your success, in order to make it happen.

Dr Preeti Vats, Corporate psychologist, trainer and coach, and the seminar's other speaker, says “It will help anyone acquire new competitive communication skills relevant in searching for a job; and acing the interview process.”

The seminar would also include an opportunity to talk individually with Robin and Preeti on how to approach your job search. All will feel more confident about the job search after the seminar.

The event is part of a statewide celebration of coaching week highlighting business and personal coaching. The coaching field is growing rapidly as more business owners, professionals, executives, students and individuals hire coaches to help them lead, make better decisions, and have better quality of life.
