Bears Beat Monroe, Move on to Quarterfinals
The Bears defeated Monroe 83 to 55 Monday and will face Hunterdon Central Wednesday.
Gary Baumer scored 26 points and Rob Ukawuba scored 23 to lead the East Brunswick Bears over the Monroe Falcons in the first round of the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 4 championships on Monday, according to www.nj.com.
The team lead the entire way, eventualy winning 83-55, with Baumer scoring 8, 3-point shots along the way, according to nj.com.
