Volunteer coaches also are needed for all ages. Coaches typically spend just a few hours a week practicing and playing a Saturday game. The recreation program also offers kids a chance to take part in a large regional tournament that may mean a few extra practices, but a whole lot more fun. To be held during the first week of June, the has face painting, food, and of course, lots of soccer, with clubs from neighboring towns traveling all the way to East Brunswick for a chance to play.

Kids who register also get a jersey, 10 weeks of games beginning in March (most games take place on Saturdays), professional training with the Red Bulls soccer club, and a chance to learn a game and make some friends.

Many players on the younger teams also get participation trophies, with older players getting awards dependent on what place they finish. The club's youngest players, the SuperStars, get a size 3 ball as well.

The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl who has a mental or physical disability.

The game schedule will be released in March.  Recreational games are played on Saturdays while the travel program plays on Sundays.  Practice days/times are determined by the head coach and will be communicated once teams are formed.
