Hockey - Power Hour
A curriculum focused on high intensity game simulated drills. While concentration is on individual skills (skating, stickhandling, shooting) we combine this with scenarios that often occur in game situations resulting in more explosive play during games. STAND OUT FROM THE REST!
Each session is 1 hour.
Class size limited to 10 participants.
