Pre Tryout Boot Camp (Squirt/Pee Wee)

March 19, 21 & 23, 2012 Mon/Wed/Fri

The most comprehensive pre-tryout boot camp in the tri-state area utilizing multiple training stations for maximum results. Cost is $125 for 3 day program or $50 per day walk-in. Enrollment is limited to 15 participants for each session. Walk-ins based on available space.

Pre Tryout Bootcamp - Squirt/Pee Wee (Turf)

 Mon/Wed/Fri Date: 3/19/2012 - 3/23/2012          From: 5:50 PM - 7:20 PM                                                Players will perform explosive workouts focusing on core strength, speed and agility.

Pre Tryout Bootcamp - Squirt/Pee Wee (Rink)

Mon/Wed/Fri Date: 3/19/2012 - 3/23/2012              From: 5:50 PM - 7:20 PM                                                Shoot, Pass, Score and everything in between! Players will learn to execute proper shooting, passing, puck protection and stickhandling techniques.

Mon/Wed/Fri Date: 3/19/2012 - 3/23/2012               From: 5:50 PM - 7:20 PM                                           Utilizing our hockey skating treadmill players will focus on proper skating mechanics resulting in faster, stronger and more efficient strides.
