Slacklining in Bicentennial Park (VIDEO)

David Mayer was practicing his slacklining at Bicentennial park.

An early spring often means crowded parks, and this year is no exception.

“It's fun, challenging and rewarding,” he said via email. “Something as simple as one step is an accomplishment when its done on a slackline and that brings instant gratification. I like entertaining people with it and they seem to like watching. It's definitely a good conversation piece.”
