Happy New Year!


Many people like to set new years resolutions. When you begin your new year with solid direction and desired outcomes in mind, you will set yourself up for awesome success.  You must believe that there is something in it for you, in order to accomplish them. When trying to decide what your new resolutions should be, some questions you may want to ask yourself are...
• Is my plan doable?• How many times have I tried to do the same thing before?• Did I succeed those times? No one likes to fail, so it’s important to set yourself up for success, not failure.• What can I do differently this time so I am successful?
..... If the resolution you are trying to set is to become healthier, more fit, put yourself first or just lose a few extra pounds that you gained during the holidays...  Then the answer is definitely - YES ! Don’t make a resolution feel like a punishment. Look at the resolution as a gift you are giving to yourself — something you are doing to improve yourself and that will have positive outcomes. You need to believe it yourself!  Make this year different than other years and stick to what you set out for yourself to do!
 Make  2014 the healthiest and fittest you ever!!!
