All Signs Point Up for Local Real Estate Market

East Brunswick is experiencing increased demand from home buyers. The market in Middlesex County and throughout the state is reported to be improving.

This spring we have seen a certain shift in the East Brunswick real estate market.  Things seem to have turned a corner and the number of homes, condos and townhomes reported under contract in Middlesex county is up nearly 30 percent compared to the same time last year, according to recent statistics from the Middlesex County Multiple Listing Service.

This is good news for home sellers, as demand for homes increase and inventory declines, prices should begin to rise.  Home buyers are taking advantage of this rare opportunity where prices are still low and 30 year interest rates have dipped below 4%.

I know times are still tough, but if you are thinking of making your first home purchase, or a move up, now is really an ideal time to do it.  There are so many programs for first time homebuyers, some specifically designed for people with marginal credit scores and low or moderate income.

A Davis Realtors Associate can get you in touch with the right lender to help make the dream of home ownership a reality.

Also, it’s really never been a better time to move up.  Whether you’re looking for a new home or a grand resale, more square footage or better views, we can help. Before you refinance, yet again, think about reinvesting.

Take advantage of low prices and step up to a home that makes you smile.  Big closets, soaring ceilings, a spa bath are some of the amenities that maybe out there for you.

Your dream home may not cost as much as you think, with today’s great rates and motivated sellers.  If you are thinking of selling, it’s also a much better time than it has been.

All indications are the market is stabilizing, and demand is on the rise. Just this weekend one of my agents had 16 potential home buyer's to an open house, and that was on Father’s Day. Don’t delay, give me a call and I’d be happy to talk you through the home buying or selling process.  With an experienced professional on your side, the process is more enjoyable than you may think.
