Donate a Book and Help a Child

The library is working with the Books to Keep program to get books to children in need.

Share the joy of reading with children by bringing a book donation to the . For the past 21 years the Books to Keep program has partnered with 30 non-profit, social service and educational groups to provide books as holiday gifts to children whose families cannot afford to purchase them.

All the books donated will be distributed to children in Middlesex County. Some partner groups include Head Start sites, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Ozanam Family homeless shelter, and  Jewish Family Services.

The Books to Keep is a project of the Children’s Librarians of Middlesex County. Books will be accepted until the end of December. Just drop off your donation at the library or use one of the envelopes provided for a monetary donation.
