Ladies Night, Oh What a Sight!
It was Ladies Night at Freedman Chiropractic Center during this fundraiser for the Daisy Association.
Food, fun and a night to be "one of the girls" were the name of the game last week when Ken Freedman of opened his offices to help raise money for the Daisy Association by holding the Ladies Night of Indulgence.
They Daisy Association supports the Daisy Program, which seeks to provide a full range of recreational opportunities for children and young adults with special needs. Through summer activities and sports, arts and music, field trips and even evening activities, the provides a “level playing field” for participants of any age.
With a minimum requested donation of $10 per person, people got to enjoy specialty foods from Jack’s Corner Market, a variety of wines, gourmet desserts by Dove Chocolate Discoveries, and ice cream treats from Magnifico’s Ice Cream. Participants also indulged in a variety of services, including soothing chair massages or stimulating foot reflexology provided by the certified massage therapists of Massage Envy; hair styling tips and a fast, fun hair styling competition from Reflections Hair Salon; a 5 minute self-defense boot camp with Sensei Andrew Katz from Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts; Reiki sessions by Heidi Scanlon, Certified Reiki Master, and personalized wellness screenings by Dr. Freedman.
