Halloween Fun & Parade, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 10:30 a.m.

Come to the library in costume and parade around. Weather permitting, the parade will be held outside. For families with children ages 1-5. 

Sholom Aleichem: the Tevye Stories & More, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 1 p.m.

If you think author Sholom Aleichem told good stories, come hear Philip Cantor speak about the beloved author of the Fiddler on the Roof. In a presentation that engages, enlightens and entertains, Phil brings Jewish history and literature to life.

Thursday

English Conversation Group, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 10 a.m.

The library conducts three sessions of an English Conversation Group each year. The group provides a comfortable setting for the practice of spoken English language skills. Participants must be 21 years of age or older, and able to read and speak some English before they are admitted to the group.
