WWII: A Veterans' Perspective, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 7 p.m.

Many people think they “know” World War II from childhood recollections, history books and/or the many fictionalized films and books set during the war. The Library is offering an opportunity to hear the nonfiction versions—the first-person versions—from soldiers who served.
