Monday

All township and state government offices are closed today, as is the East Brunswick Public Library. There is no trash or recycling pickup on Labor Day. Collection will be the following scheduled day, Thursday, Sept. 5

Tuesday

Khmer Rouge Escape talk, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center  East Brunswick, 7 p.m.

Escaping the "Killing Fields" Chanty Jong shares her experience escaping Cambodia’s Khmer Rouge. 

Wednesday

High Holiday Services Open to AllWarnesdorfer Auditorium 9 Hardenburg Lane East Brunswick, 7 p.m.

Torah Links of Middlesex County’s P.E.P. High Holiday Services. P.E.P. (Prayer Enhancement Program) is the user-friendly High Holiday service where prayer is soaring- not boring. P.E.P. features beautiful melody-filled services, interactive discussion of the prayers, a supervised program for children, and a festive kiddush, all in a warm and inviting atmosphere for participants of all backgrounds.

Mother Goose MagicEast Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center  East Brunswick, 10:15 a.m.

Mother Goose Magic nursery rhyme program for children from birth to 2-years-old accompanied by an adult. For information, call Youth Services at 732-390-6789.
