Self-Defense Seminar, Tiger Schulmann's Mixed Martial Arts, 510 Route 18 North, East Brunswick, noon.

Learn how to defend yourself against a knife attack at a seminar to be offered this weekend at Tiger Schulmann's Mixed Martial Arts. Sensei Andrew Katz will discuss how to defend against a knife attack in an interactive seminar at the school. Admission is $50. For more information, call 732-867-0766.
