It is an American charitable organization that is dedicated to revitalizing the economies and cultures of Russia and former Soviet Republics through non-monetary economic and social aid. It sponsors a variety of services in the United States, including a language school, art exhibitions, and concerts, as well as supporting international organizations with donations of food, clothing, medical supplies, office and industrial equipment, and other crucial materials.
