Mark Motusesky will coach boys' basketball, Keith Lane will coach girls basketball and Caitlyn LeBlon will be head cheerleading coach.
The Board of Education approved new coaches for cheerleading and boys and girls basketball earlier this month. The new boys basketball head coach will be Mark Motusesky, the girls’ basketball coach will be Keith Lane, and the head cheerleading coach will be Caitlyn LeBlon. Frank Noppenberger, Supervisor of Athletics and Physical Education, said Motuseky and Lane have a lot of similarities including, the fact that they both played basketball for him (Noppenberger), were both JV coaches under recently retired Bo Henning, and both were part of two GMC Championship teams. “What a day to be a Buffalo.” That same phrase was heard over and over again at the American youth Cheer Big East Region Finals on Dec. 5 in Trenton. Since Aug. 1, the girls have been dedicating almost all of their free time to practice, conditioning, and tumbling, and it seems like hard work really does pay off. In their respective divisions, the Junior Pee Wee team placed third, the Pee Wees also took third, and the Junior Midgets finished off the day with a first place victory. The girls of Saint Bart’s made history, and are looking to finish off the…
