The Whiskey Girls Take East Brunswick

EBTV captured the music, enjoy it here!

The Whiskey Girls hit the stage of the Cultural Arts Center last month and wowed residents young and old. The band of four talented female musicians performed a smooth blend of current and classic country. The summer concert was sponsored by the Township of East Brunswick, Department of Recreation, Parks and Community Services.  The next show will be Saturday, Aug. 11, at 7 p.m. and Rave On!, a Buddy Holly tribute band will perform. EBTV Wins JAM Video Awards

Three EBTV programs were judged best in their categories!

Congratulations to EBTV, which received three JAM Video Awards of Excellence during a May 3 presentation at the Power of Partners 3.0 Award Ceremony at the New Brunswick Hyatt. Three programs were judged the best in their categories, and awarded the highest honor. The awards included: Instructional Video Category: "Pedestrian Safety with Mayor David Stahl and Officer Mark Csizmar," directed and edited by Dave Ambrosy; Diversity Programming: "Old Ways in New Jersey: The Kalmyks," with host Angus Kress Gillespie, produced by Dave Ambrosy; News Magazine: "This Week in East Brunswick: Year in Review," with host Barbara Reiss; edited by Anthony Pagliuco; Executive Producer, Cindy O’Connor. Relive the Chris Christie Town Hall on EBTV

If you couldn't make the governor's Town Hall last week, then catch it on EBTV.

Tune in to EBTV in June and watch Gov. Chris Christie’s Town Hall event. The governor visited the East Brunswick Jewish Center on Thursday, May 31, and EBTV was there.  Watch the event June 5 through June 30 on Tuesdays at 11 a.m.; Wednesdays at 9 p.m.; and Saturdays at 1 p.m. Excerpts may be seen on this Week in East Brunswick for one week beginning Thursday, June 7. This Week in East Brunswick is show daily at 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11 p.m., and Saturday, Sunday and Monday at 11 a.m. EBTV can be found on Comcast channel 3, and Verizon FiOs Channel 37.

EBTV: Ralph Lamo Daisy Memorial Breakfast

The annual breakfast is a fundraiser for the township's Daisy Recreation Program.

On Sunday, April 22, the Annual Ralph Lamo Memorial Breakfast will be held from 8 a.m. to noon at the Brunswick Hilton. EBTV has prepared a Public Service Announcement to be show on Comcast Channel 3 and FiOS Channels 37 and 38. *** The breakfast is a fundraiser for the township’s  Daisy Recreation program, but also has become a community event in which friends and neighbors get together for a good time.  For 47 years, the Daisy Program has been providing activities for people with special needs, giving them the same opportunities for recreational opportunities as others. The program has been supported and given financial assistance through a parents group, the Daisy Association, and grown from being staffed by volunteers to a year round …
