Mayor Stahl Smashes His Own Burger

Mayor David Stahl was on hand last week to cut the ribbon on East Brunswick's newest restaurant.

Smashburger held a grand opening on Tuesday, and to help get them started on the right food, Mayor David Stahl as on hand for a congratulatory "Smash." Reader's Choice: Your Favorite Hamburgers Are Sold At.....

Readers picked Ruby Tuesday's as their favorite place to get a burger.

The hamburger and its delicious cousin, the cheeseburger. Some have called them the true All-American food. This week’s Patch Favorites poll asked readers to vote on their favorite place to stop in for one of these tasty treats and the winner was, Ruby Tuesday with 7 out of 29 votes. Coming in second was the Gusto Grill with 6 votes, followed by Sandy’s Luncheonette & Pizza with 5 votes and the Colonial Diner with 4 votes. Colonial was followed by the Seville Diner with 3 votes, McDonalds got 2, Burger King 1 and Chili’s Grill & Bar 1 vote. So if you’re looking to satisfy your craving for a juicy hamburger or cheeseburger, then look no further because the people have spoken!
