OBITUARY: John J. “Jack” Wolfe, Jr.

John J. “Jack” Wolfe, Jr., 84, died Monday.

John J. “Jack” Wolfe Jr., 84, died Monday, Dec. 10, at Golden Living Care Center, Old Bridge.  Born in Shamokin, Pa., he resided in Pottsville, Elizabeth and Linden before moving to East Brunswick 54 years ago. Prior to his retirement in 1984, he was a general foreman at General Motors in Linden for 33 years. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, and was a member of the East Brunswick VFW Post 133, the Old Bridge American Legion, the Perth Amboy Elks Lodge, and he was also a graduate of Eckels College of Embalming. He was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church, Old Bridge. He was predeceased by two brothers, William and Robert. Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Jane McCormick Wolfe; three sons, John and his wife Renee Wolfe …
