NJ Transit is offering extra buses for Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
As NJ TRANSIT continues its storm-recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, the agency is gearing up to offer nearly normal Thanksgiving service levels on most of its lines to ensure customers’ travel plans go smoothly over the holiday weekend. NJ TRANSIT is reminding customers that rail service may be subject to delays and cancellations as a result of ongoing storm recovery efforts. Due to residual storm impacts, Gladstone Branch rail service remains suspended until further notice, and Newark Light Rail will continue to operate on a modified schedule between Newark Penn and Broad Street stations (service every half hour). The debate continues.
It's an argument that's been boiling over since 1976–or, at least since the Giants started winning Super Bowls. Where to hold the victory parade? The Canyon of Heroes, as is the traditional place a New York-based sporting team takes its victory lap (the G-Men are set to walk down at 11 a.m. Tuesday), or in New Jersey, where the newly-crowned Super Bowl champion team has actually been located for 36 years? It's hotly-debated, so much so Gov. Chris Christie has been calling them the "New Jersey" Giants. What do you think? Should it be exclusively in New Jersey? New York? Or, can football fans from both sides of the border agree that the Giants are both states' teams? Chime in below.

The East Brunswick Public Library held it's annual Halloween Parade, Thursday.
Superheroes, princesses, dragons and more flocked to the East Brunswick Public Library Wednesday the library's annual parade. The event was a good warm-up for Monday, when the real trick-or-treating begins. Take a look at some of the cute costumes, and even cuter kids, that took part.
