A Toms River 6-year-old who was shot in the head by a 4-year-old died Tuesday, according to Toms River police. The manager of the iconic Tick Tock Diner in Clifton tried to have his uncle killed in an elaborate murder-for-hire plot, state police said at a news conference Wednesday. Paige Aiello, a student at The College of New Jersey, was last seen on Tuesday; her car was found a day later in a New Brunswick parking deck, authorities said.
