Christie DeBernardis is currently pursuing her Masters in Communication at Rutgers University. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Journalism and Media Studies in May 2011. 

She is the founder of Shutter Savvy Images, based in Freehold. Her work has also  appeared in Horse News, based in Flemington, Hoof Beats Magazine, Columbus, OH and elsewhere.
