John Saccenti graduated from South Brunswick High School in 1988, and from Rider College in 1992. Since then he has been a writer and editor covering much of the Central Jersey Area. His area of expertise, of course, is community news. He has covered South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Cranbury, Monroe, Jamesburg, the Princetons, West Windsor, Hightstown and East Windsor as a staff writer, news editor and managing editor with The Princeton Packet. After launching and running the East Brunswick Patch in 2012, John became Associate Regional Editor of Patch sites in Middlesex and Mercer counties in the fall of 2012.

Registered Republican, usually ends up angry and frustrated with people of each party. I may reconsider party affiliation in the future.

How would you describe your political beliefs?

While I'm a registered Republican, I tend to skew more Liberal. I have a strong dislike for both parties most of the time, particularly during election season.
