ReplyBrower is paid a base salary of $167,500, plus 12 sick days, 22 vacation days in addition to all school holidays, and free medical and dental insurance, among other perks, according to her Lacey contract. The contract expires July 1, 2016.
The Lacey school board suspended Brower last week, with pay.The BOE allows an out of control contract deal like this with her and they should be trusted to be involved with straightening out this mess?

ReplyThis is the NJ school system your talking about. Nothing will happen to any of them, the union will spend a ton of money and brush it under the rug. Then she will retire taking a stack of our money with her. This is one I would like to see Christie get involved in. I'll bet this goes a lot deeper than Brower.

ReplyWOW, an $18,000. raise to go up 1 rank. I took on the manager job that left us and am also still doing my own job without additional compensation because the company is having a hard time financially. I am just happy to have a job. But, then again, we do not have the luxury of bilking the already overtaxed residents.

ReplyI dont care who had the right of way. You shouldn't be going 50mph in the dark, then hit something and not go back to check it out? You really can tell me that you can run over a boat or into another boat and not feel it? It's not like he was driving a cruise ship.

Replymy kids both attended schools where uniforms were required and it was the best thing for them. There was no peer pressure and you never had to worry about what they were going to wear every morning.
