the East Brunswick community for an evening of dancing, fun and competition.
Dancing with the East Brunswick Stars is modeled after the popular TV show “Dancing with the Stars”. Well-known community residents are paired with professional dancers and choreographers to face off in a “One Night Only” event. Dancers can win the event in several ways including getting their supporters to buy event tickets, votes/donations ($1 each & sold online in increments of $5), advertisements in the ad journal and sponsorships. Tickets, votes, advertisements and/or sponsorship expenditures are tax deductible.
Dancing with the EB Stars is a program presented by and for the benefit of the East Brunswick Education Foundation - a 501(c)3 charitable organization. The East Brunswick Education Foundation was established in 1993 by parents, citizens and members of the local business community to support programs designed to enhance and enrich the curriculum in the East Brunswick PublicSchools. The vast majority of revenue raised is distributed annually through a rigorous grant application system to which teachers and departments in the East
Brunswick School District submit requests. The grants cover educational enhancements not covered by taxes, department budgets or missed in the budget cycle. EBEF grants touch every student throughout their East Brunswick Public School education.
