HONORING THOSE WHO SERVE Vietnam Vets Shares Their Stories

Co-sponsored by the Middlesex County Cultural & Heritage Commission Omnibus program

Of the 2.8 million military personnel who served in uniform in Vietnam, some 60,00 never came home. Those who survived returned to a hostile reception. It took decades for the United States to formally honor their services and commemorate the fallen. Join us as three Vietnam vets share their stories. We honor their sacrifices simply by listening. FREE.
Featuring Mike Sapara of the 9th Infantry, Navy Seabee Bill Weber and Air Force Dog Handler Jim Sylvester. The talk will be illustrated with period artifacts provided by the Middlesex County Cultural & Heritage Commission’s Omnibus Program.
