“Reaching High: Overhead Throwing Motion & Injury Prevention”

Jersey Physical Therapy, located in Kendall Park, Milltown/East Brunswick and Plainsboro, recently unveiled its 2013 Lifestyle Enhancement Series schedule. The series, which consists of free monthly educational sessions hosted by the physical therapists at Jersey Physical Therapy, will begin with “Reaching High: Overhead Throwing Motion & Injury Prevention” on Monday, Aug. 19, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Milltown/East Brunswick clinic.  This talk will focus on presenting patients/athletes with information on why shoulder injuries occur and how to prevent them.
