EBTV to Feature Retired U.S. Army Brigadier General Rebecca Halstead

Visit with the first female graduate of West Point to become a general officer.

Ken Freedman will interview Rebecca "Becky" Halstead, a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General, on the next edition of Wellness Spotlight on EBTV.

General Halstead was the first female graduate of West Point to become a general officer. Her military decorations include: the Distinguished Service Medal; the Defense Superior Service Medal; two awards of the Legion of Merit; the Bronze Star Medal; five awards of the Meritorious Service Medal; two awards of the Army Commendation Medal; and the Army Achievement Medal.  General Halstead and Ken discuss her personal odyssey through a severe illness that was unresponsive to traditional medical treatment for years, to health through chiropractic care.  An expert in personal growth, professional development and leadership, General Halstead also shares her strategies on how to overcome challenges; and explains why “the first person you must lead is you!”  In addition to her company, S.T.E.A.D.F.A.S.T. Leadership, which helps individuals and businesses have greater productivity and team cohesiveness, she also serves as a spokesperson for the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress.
