Fight Cancer at Relay for Life
The annual Relay for Life event will be held Saturday evening at the Heavenly Farms turf fields.
Help fight cancer and raise money for the American Cancer Society this weekend during the 24 hour to be held at Heavenly Farms.
With a DJ, and Playhouse 22 doing a selection from its current production, “Hairspray,” there won’t be any shortage of things to keep walkers and their supportesr entertained as they work through the night to raise money. Walkers were asked to raise at least $100 in donations to be given to the American Cancer Society. Proceeds from Relay for Life have gone to screenings, rides for patients that need to get medical attention, wigs, research, financial assistance and much more.

The event starts off at 7 p.m. Saturday with a Survivor Lap. Come see the Luminary at 9 p.m.
