“What we’re looking really to do is promote energy conservation and energy efficient systems, that sort of thing,” said Steve Gottlieb, township planner and landscape architect.

The program is open to anyone who is interested in looking at solar options for their home or who just wants more information about what options are available.

“It’s an information session on why solar energy could be a solution for their home,” said Gottlieb.

PSE&G offers a variety of incents for people to install solar panels, including loans that can help finance 40 percent to 60 percent of the installation cost.

The forum will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at the East Brunswick Senior Center.
