MOMS and Little Ones Visit The Pumpkin Patch

The MOMS Club of the East Brunswick Area made its yearly visit to Giamarese Farm on Thursday.

The MOMS Club of the East Brunswick Area made its annual visit to Thursday for a hayride and pumpkin picking.

The Club is open to moms from East Brunswick, Milltown and South River and offers weekly activities that moms can enjoy with their children, a monthly moms night out, playgroups, babysitting co-ops, arts and crafts, service projects, a book club and more.

The club performs between six and eight service projects throughout the year. This year, the club donated to the flood victims on , and delivered baked goods to local police, fire and rescue squads in remembrance of 9/11 and to say thank you for continuing to protect the community. The club also held a Halloween costume drive for less fortunate families and will be running a coat drive, adopting a local family for the holidays.  This spring, the club will be coordinating annual service projects for , WomenAware of New Brunswick and Elija's Promise.

The group also has made donations to numerous well known mom and kid centered charities such as The Smile Train, The Ronald McDonald House and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
