Show your creativity by decorating your own cupcake (and then eating it) during Cupcake Decorating Capers on Tuesday, July 17, at 11 a.m. at the . After decorating and displaying these treats, these delicious works of art will be eaten by participants.
Tickets are limited. Show us your EBPL card 15 minutes before the program begins and receive your free ticket. Warning: Decorating supplies may contain nuts.
