Register Now for Baseball and Softball

The East Brunswick Baseball League will have in-person registrations later this month and also is accepting registrations by mail.

Sure, winter is just beginning, but before you know it, spring, and baseball, will be here.

The East Brunswick Baseball League is accepting registrations for baseball and softball, with in person registration on Thursday, Jan. 19, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 21, from 9 a.m. to noon at the on Cranbury and Dunham’s Corner roads.

Registration will cost $125 for 5 through eight year olds (second child is $65); $140 for 9 to 12 year olds (second child is $100, third child is $55); and $150 for kids who are 13 and up (second child is $115 and a third child is $65).

Softball registration is $125 ($75 for each additional child.

Signing up for America’s past time means kids are guaranteed 10 games in a season, and usually at least one or more practices a week. They also get a cap and a shirt to keep.

The league also offers travel programs, and opportunities to sponsor teams and is always seeking volunteers to help coach. All coaches must take the Rutgers SAFETY course.
